Day 1 – Arrival & Kiwi by Night

Kick off with a scenic drive from Queenstown to Invercargill, where you’ll ferry or fly to the southern sanctuary of Stewart Island. After settling into your cozy Oban stay, you’ll venture out at dusk for your first kiwi-spotting experience—an intimate glimpse into Aotearoa’s nocturnal wild.
Day 2 – Forest Trails & Ulva Island

Start the day with a guided walk on the Golden Bay Track, winding through native bush and serene coastline. In the afternoon, ferry to Ulva Island, a predator-free bird sanctuary alive with rare species and ecological history. Tonight offers another chance to spot kiwi in a different location—deepening the magic.
Day 3 – Rakiura Track & Fishing the Wild
