At Silver Beech Outdoors Limited, your safety and well-being are our highest priorities. While we take all reasonable precautions in our hiking and driving activities, it is important to acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks. This document outlines potential risks to ensure you are fully informed before joining any of our activities.

Acknowledgment of Risks

By participating, you recognize and understand that the following risks, among others, may be present:

Environmental Hazards: Exposure to rapidly changing and sometimes extreme weather conditions that could affect safety and comfort.
Terrain Hazards: Walking on uneven, steep, or hard-to-access paths, which may lead to slips, trips, and falls.
Natural Events: Risks such as rockfalls, landslides, or avalanches in mountainous areas.
Flora and Fauna: Encounters with wildlife or reactions to plants that may pose safety concerns.
Physical Demands: Hiking activities require a reasonable level of fitness. Overexertion, fatigue, or medical conditions could increase the risk of injury.
Driving Risks: Road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or accidents during transportation.
Remote Locations: Some activities take place in remote areas where emergency medical assistance may not be immediately available.

Assumption of Risks and Responsibilities

By participating, you accept all inherent risks and agree to take responsibility for any injuries or damages resulting from those risks. You confirm that you are in good health, physically fit, and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. It is your responsibility to bring appropriate clothing and equipment, and to inform us of any health or fitness issues that may affect your safety.

Notification of Health Concerns

You are required to notify Silver Beech Outdoors Limited in writing of any health or fitness issues that could jeopardize your safety or the safety of the group. Please do this at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Alteration Rights

We reserve the right to cancel or modify trips if we believe they pose a risk to health and safety or may impact the smooth operation of the activity. No refunds will be issued if you have not notified us of relevant health issues or if you proceed despite known risks.

Third-Party Activities

Please be aware that Silver Beech Outdoors Limited is not responsible for the health and safety of participants involved in third-party activities or attractions, including those booked through us. Responsibility for safety during these activities rests with the respective operators. We will communicate any concerns you report to the relevant providers.

Waiver and Acknowledgment

By participating, you agree to release Silver Beech Outdoors Limited, its employees, guides, and agents from liability for injuries, losses, or damages incurred during activities. You confirm that you have read and understood this Risk Disclosure.

Participant Acknowledgment

I, the undersigned, confirm that I have read and understood this Risk Disclosure. I voluntarily accept the risks involved and take full responsibility for my own safety and actions during all activities.
